Born and raised in Chiang Mai, Sudsiri’s connection with spiritual practice began when she was a young teenager.
One day, while riding her bicycle to junior high school, she noticed a poster showing the image of people sitting in meditation, with the words “Summer Meditation Retreat.”
She felt an inexplicable sense of attraction, as though something within her was quietly calling.
She persuaded one of her girlfriends to join her, and together they took a bus from Chiang Mai to a Vipassana retreat.
She could not have known then that this seemingly simple decision would mark the beginning of a lifelong journey of inner exploration.
Over the years that followed, her path unfolded through many forms of learning, practice, and experience—both within meditation and beyond it.
Life itself became one of her greatest teachers, continually inviting her to explore, question, experience, challenge, encounter pain, break open, and grow.
Alongside her spiritual journey, Sudsiri developed a creative life as a contemporary conceptual artist and university lecturer. Her path in the arts included scholarships, exhibitions, and years of teaching at universities. These experiences deepened her understanding of the inner and outer worlds, and of the many layers of human experience.
Around 2022, her relationship with energy work began to take form through her work with crystals.
In 2025, another threshold opened. She began working directly with people through Reiki and Visionary Craniosacral Work (VCSW), while continuing to deepen her understanding through further studies in bodywork, alternative health, and other complementary healing practices.
Today, her work brings together the many threads of her journey—the stillness cultivated through meditation, the sensitivity developed through art, the wisdom gathered through teaching and life experience.
For Sudsiri, healing is not about forcing change or fixing what is perceived to be broken.
It is about creating a quiet and sacred space where the body, energy, and inner self can be gently heard.
Her learning is not yet complete. In many ways, it is only beginning.
She does not see herself as someone who has arrived with all the answers, but as someone who continues to walk her own path of discovery, learning, and inner growth.
Perhaps this is where your journey and hers meet—not as one who has arrived and another who is seeking, but as two journeys coming together for a time, each carrying its own wisdom, questions, experiences, and unfolding.
